Read and Print Inserting

A variety of personalization techniques can be used on outside envelopes (carrier envelopes).  This can be done using read and print technology.  Printed forms, letters, or documents can be coded with barcodes to be read during the machine inserting process.  Codes can represent a wide variety of information within the record on the database.  For example, the code could represent the names and addresses of the recipient, previous purchase history, customer interest, as well as an unlimited amount of other information. After the printed piece has been inserted into the envelope, we can inkjet the name, address, and other information on the outside of the envelope.  Personalizing your outside envelopes can result in higher open and response rates.
